Schouten, certain amounts which plaintiff surety company paid on a produce dealers bond. The case was tried before C. A. Rolloff, Judge, and a jury. At the close of plaintiffs evidence, the court granted the motions of defendants Joe Ginsburg, Jim Tabor, and Neil M. Schouten for dismissal, and plaintiff appealed from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
