In this workmens compensation case, appellants, Anchorage Roofing Company, Inc., and its insurance carrier, Employers Mutual Casualty Company, seek reversal of a judgment of the superior court affirming a finding of compensability by the Alaska Workmens Compensation Board. Appellants contend that the injuries suffered in an airplane crash by appellee Joe Gonzales were not injuries "arising out of and in the course of employment" because the flight was primarily for a non-business purpose and because, in any event, the accident occurred during a personal-purpose "side-trip".
